Receipt- Post payments/ receipt allocation

Allocate:  Post payments

Credit-

Create:  Issue a credit for missed service, cancelled service, etc.  A credit reduces your billings to keep them accurate and reduces the payment due the SP when appropriate.

View Unallocated:  View a list of unallocated funds with easy access to applying those funds

Refund- This is only to be used if a terminated customer requests a refund on a credit balance due to an overpayment or service credit.  The offset to this transaction is generating a refund check.  This has no effect on the SP.

Adjustment- An adjustment simply erases an invoice.  It does not affect your billings nor payment to a SP.  This function should only be used to ‘erase’ small outstanding negative A/R. This is very different than a service credit.  It can also be used to ‘erase’ a credit balance that has remained on a terminated customer for 90+ days when no refund has been requested.

Advance – Not active

Statements-

List: Past and present SP statements are available to view and process.

A/R Collections- Choice of aging reports ranging from all open invoices to those at varying stages of delinquency.  Access to scheduled collection follow up calls & payment search
